Processing & Delivery  

Our current processing time is 1-6 business days. Orders do not get shipped on the weekend because the post office is closed. Shipping to the USA is $7.50 USD and there are no tariffs. Shipping times vary from 5-30 business days. In the rare case that your package goes missing, be sure to contact your local post office. Divine Pups is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages unless tracked shipping was selected.

Important Info

We suggest paying for tracked shipping if you need your order to arrive by a certain holiday. However, postal delays might still occur which is entirely out of our hands. Paying for tracking covers you in case the package goes missing, in which case you would be refunded!

 

Returns & Cancellations
