Processing & Delivery  

Our current processing time is up to 21 days. If an order is completed on the weekend, it will not be shipped until Monday. If you order a bandana that’s run out of fabric, we will order more and that can add an extra 2 weeks to the processing time. On average, our packages arrive within 3 - 7 business days to the US! Canadian shipping times vary from 5-20 business days. In the rare case that your package goes missing, be sure to contact your local post office. Divine Pups is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. There are no customs fees for the US but there is for the UK/Europe. Get free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD/USD/GBP!

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer returns at this time. Please measure your dog's neck to ensure you're ordering the correct size.
