Processing & Delivery  

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders do not get shipped on the weekend because the post office is closed. On average, our packages arrive within 5-10 business days to the US! Canadian shipping times vary from 5-30 business days. It takes about 15-30 business days for Europe. In the rare case that your package goes missing, be sure to contact your local post office. Divine Pups is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages unless tracked shipping was selected. 

There are no customs fees for the US but there is for Europe. Get free shipping on CA/US orders over $100! All American and European orders are tracked but Canadian orders will only be tracked if you specifically purchase it.

Important Info

We suggest paying for tracked shipping if you need your order to arrive by a certain holiday. However, postal delays might still occur which is entirely out of our hands. Paying for tracking covers you in case the package goes missing, in which case you would be refunded!

Returns & Cancellations
